Lena Dunham's boyfriend is her "creative role model".
The 28-year-old has been dating fun.'s lead guitarist Jack Antonoff since 2012.
He's also been working on solo music venture Bleachers and his first album Strange Desire was released today. Lena took to Twitter to congratulate her 30-year-old beau.
"So proud of my love @jackantonoff- his beautiful @bleachersmusic album comes out today. He's my creative role model. (sic)," she posted to her 1.64 million followers.
Jack was also a part of indie band Steel Train until they broke up in 2013 and has co-written songs with the likes of Taylor Swift and Carly Rae Jepsen.
He isn't the only creative one though: Lena is behind hit HBO show Girls and also stars as lead character Hannah Horvath.
She's known for her witty writing and comedic timing and often likes to share anecdotes on Twitter. Her latest was about a strange dream she had.
"Had a disastrous Oscar hosting dream, so my nightmares have officially jumped the shark (sic)," she quipped.
She also took some time to ponder the song Rude by Canadian reggae fusion band MAGIC!. The lyrics are about a man who desperately wants to marry a girl, but her father doesn't approve.
"Feel v. concerned about the girl who the song Rude is about. What's her POV? Has she even consented to marrying a Canadian reggae singer? (sic)," she mused.
