Lea Michele and her Glee co-stars poured out tributes to Cory Monteith Sunday.

The Canadian actor suffered a fatal overdose at the age of 31 one year ago on Sunday.

Not to be forgotten, Cory’s former co-star and girlfriend, Lea, logged onto Twitter to share her heavy heart with her four million followers.

“We hold you in our hearts today, and every day we remember your smile. We will love you and miss you always,” she wrote.

Lea included a photo of the actor smiling at the camera, as her fans offered words of comfort and support.

Other Glee stars chimed in, sharing with followers their feelings of loss and how they remember Cory’s bright energy.

“I remember your smile and your warm hugs! 1 year without you and your presence is still felt. Miss and love u everyday big bro Our Angel,” Amber Riley tweeted.

“I personally believe Cory was reborn into some other beautiful form a year ago today. I celebrate him and his life... Wherever that may be,” Matthew Morrison added.

“AWW TODAY IS A TOUGH DAY!” actress Dot Jones admitted. “BUT I HOLD IN MY HEART SO MANY BEAUTIFUL & FUN MEMORIES! MISS & LOVE THIS MAN/BOY!LOVE U,” she wrote.

Glee creator Ryan Murphy also logged onto the micro-blog to pay his respects.

“Miss you,” he tweeted, including an image reading simply: “Cory Monteith 1982-2013.”
