CeeLo Green has a man who follows him around texting on two cell phones.
The musician recently made the move to the big screen with Begin Again, a movie which also stars Keira Knightley and James Corden.
British actor James was thrilled to get to work with CeeLo on the release, which is about struggling musicians in New York City.
"The most fun in the world," James told British magazine Heat of CeeLo. "He has a guy who goes everywhere with him, who stands at his shoulder. He has two phones and is just constantly texting on them. Every now and then he shows CeeLo a message - that's all he does."
James was quizzed on what was in the texts being sent, but insisted he had no further information.
"I've no idea what he was doing or who he was, but he was texting two people at the same time and I've never seen anything like it," he laughed.
Keira was also good to collaborate with, not least because she and James were encouraged to make the set a fun place. They forged a strong bond and the actor was happy to see that is apparent in the movie.
"We got on really well and I'm so please that comes across in the film. I think maybe because the two of us were Brits in New York, it brought us together a bit more," he explained. "She's so relaxed. She takes the work seriously, but she doesn't take herself seriously, which is the best kind of person. And I think this is one of her best performances. She's so warm in it."
