Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson tied the knot on Saturday at the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara.

The couple have been at the location for a couple of days for pre-wedding activities, such as golf and a July 4th party.

The wedding itself took place on Saturday at the beautiful California resort.

"We are overwhelmed with complete happiness and love having made our eternal commitment," the newlyweds told People Magazine in an exclusive statement. "To say 'I do' in front of family, friends and, most importantly, our children has been the happiest moment of our lives."

The outlet reveals Jessica, 33, wore a custom Caroline Herrera gown. There were 250 guests present at the ceremony, including sister Ashlee Simpson and her fiancé Evan Ross, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren amongst others.

Jessica and Eric’s son Ace, one, was the ring bearer while daughter Maxwell, two, was a flower girl. Ashlee’s son Bronx, five, accompanied Maxwell as she walked down the aisle.

Eric and Jessica started dating in 2010 and got engaged in November of that same year. Mutual friends introduced the couple to one another and the pair clearly hit it off immediately.

"I couldn't ask for a better man in my life right now," the singer said at the time. "I'm in a great place and if right now could last forever, I'd take it.

“I definitely look forward to the day that I can look into his eyes and make that commitment that we both really long for," she added last year. "He's just got to stop knocking me up!"
