Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park returned in style to the heart of London yesterday with Future Islands, Wild Beasts and Jake Bugg all taking over the main stage.
The Barclaycard Theatre welcomed Ekkah, Owen Pallett and Band of Skulls, with the Village Hall playing host to Osca, Nothing But Thieves and Laura Doggett.
Arcade Fire were the first headliners to fully open Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park on the main stage with a well received performance on what was the hottest day of the year.
Celebrity fans gathered to see the Canadian group including Gemma Arterton, Daisy Lowe, Abbey Clancy and Billie Piper.
Earlier in the day Win Butler of Arcade Fire introduced the first band on the main stage, Future Islands, saying: "The time for past islands has gone, here is Future Islands".
