Elyjah Marrow, the grandson of rapper/actor Ice-T, has been arrested in Marietta, GA and charged with the accidental shooting of his roommate.

Marrow is being charged with involuntary manslaughter after accidentally killing his roommate, Daryus Johnson, while handling a handgun in the men's apartment. Both are 19.

Along with involuntary manslaughter, the teen will be charged with possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a stolen firearm. He is currently being held in Cobb County Jail.

Marrow played football at Wheeler High School and was preparing to graduate before enlisting in the Navy. He is the son of Ice-T's first child, LeTesha, who he had in 1976 with his high school girlfriend Adrienne.

Ice-T, whose real name is Tracy Marrow, released his first single, The Coldest Rap, in 1983 and had Rap top tens with High Rollers, New Jack Hustler (Nino's Theme) and O.G. Original Gangster. He also founded the thrash metal band Body Count whose 1992 debut album included the controversial track Cop Killer. As an actor, he has been in a number of movies and is best known for his decade-plus role as Odafin "Fin" Tutuola on Law & Order: SVU.
