Max George wishes he was as "flexible" as Justin Timberlake.

The singer has been taking a break from performing since he and his The Wanted bandmates went their separate ways earlier this year.

Instead, he's now taking his turn as an audience member and enjoyed Justin's gig at The O2 arena in London earlier this month.

"I'm actually tired watching it!" he laughed to British magazine Star when asked if he would be taking inspiration from the slick mover next time he hits the stage.

"I wouldn't have the energy and I don't think I'm flexible enough for that."

Max and his former bandmates Siva Kaneswaran, Tom Parker, Jay McGuiness and Nathan Sykes proved a huge hit with their music over in the US. The 25-year-old is now hoping to head over to the States to kick start a career in movies.

"I've got something, but it hasn't been confirmed yet," he teased when asked about upcoming roles.

"I don't want to jinx it. You'll have to wait and see! I'm enjoying what I'm doing."

Max added that he's been spending a lot of time with friends and family since the band broke up.

He also revealed that The Wanted would still be doing "bits and pieces" together.

The star is managed by Scooter Braun, who has also famously looks after pop bad boy Justin Bieber. The 20-year-old hit headlines recently when two videos from when he was aged 14 surfaced, showing him using racist language.

"He'll get a slap on the wrists," Max commented.

"Scooter knows how to manage people much better than I do, I'm sure he'll handle any problems Justin might have. I can't really say a bad word about him - when I've met him he's been sweet as."
