Chris Brown has reportedly vowed he will never return to jail.

The 25-year-old singer is said to have been released from prison around midnight on Monday after serving 108 days behind bars.

And TMZ reports Chris has been telling his advisors he is cleaning up his act for good.

Apparently the star is cutting off people in his life he believes are a bad influence on him, especially those who partake in drugs and are connected to gangs.

It is claimed Chris has also taken responsibility for bad behaviour, although he allegedly blames most his antics on keeping bad company.

The star is said to be concentrating on his music solely and it’s rumoured he told his record label bosses he will never screw up again.

Chris was placed behind bars in March after breaking the rules of the rehab facility he was in. Last month the Loyal singer was ordered to spend an additional 131 days in jail after admitting to violating his probation.

The star was sentenced to a year in prison initially, but got credit for 116 days in rehab and 59 spent behind bars.

Chris was also arrested in October last year for allegedly assaulting a man in Washington, DC, which prompted prosecutors to bring the case in front of a judge. Proceedings in the DC case have been postponed until later this month.
