Nicole Scherzinger is supposedly looking at multi million-pound homes to buy in London.
The 35-year-old singer has a massive fan base in the UK, as she served as a judge on the British version of The X Factor for several seasons.
And it appears Nicole, who is currently based in Los Angeles, is looking to officially put down roots in London since she is there so often.
“Nicole loves England and has obviously spent a lot of time in the capital over the past five years or so,” a source told UK newspaper The Mirror.
“She had a series of viewings earlier in the week, looking at multi million-pound homes in Notting Hill and Westbourne Grove.”
Apparently Nicole isn’t keen on living in tight quarters and has specified she needs plenty of breathing room in her new home.
“Her main prerequisites are lots of space, privacy and a gym,” the insider detailed.
It is claimed Nicole has most everything sorted out, including her moving schedule.
Also, speculation is rife her on-and-off boyfriend, Formula One racecar driver Lewis Hamilton, is elated his girlfriend is settling down in Europe.
“She will keep her home in the Hollywood Hills, but wants to move over here at the end of the summer ahead of her album release,” the source said.
"It’s also ideal for Lewis because he won’t have to crash in impersonal hotels every time he comes to London. He is obviously really keen for her to make the move.”
