Charlie Sheen has launched a scathing attack on Rihanna after the singer turned down his request to introduce his girlfriend to her.

The Anger Management actor was dining with fiancée Scottine – formerly called Brett Rossi – at Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Santa Monica, California to celebrate her birthday on Wednesday night. When he realised the Rude Boy singer was at a nearby table, he sent a note requesting an introduction which was denied, much to his chagrin.

“I sent a request over to [Rihanna’s] table to introduce my fiancé Scotty to her, as she is a huge fan (personally I couldn't pick her out of a line-up at gunpoint),” he wrote on Twitter via the TwitLonger website. “Well, the word we received back was that there were too many paps outside and it just wasn't possible at this time. At this time? AT THIS TIME?? lemme guess, we're to reschedule another random 11 million to 1 encounter with her some other night...? [sic]”
The 48-year-old was highly annoyed that Scotty didn’t get to meet her idol. And his words soon turned ugly as he started to call the Barbadian singer for being disrespectful.

“Nice impression you left behind, Bday or not. Sorry we're not KOOL enough to warrant a blessing from the Princess (or in this case the Village idiot),” he blasted. “I guess "Talk That Talk" was just a big ol lie from a big ol liar. [sic]”
Rihanna was later seen exiting the restaurant with a friend. The 26-year-old wore a short pink wig and matching sunglasses and Charlie couldn’t resist taking a swipe at her appearance.

“oh and Riahnna, Halloween isn't for a while, but good on you for testing out your costume in public,” he wrote, “I'm guessing you needed those precious 84 seconds to situate that bad wig before you left the restaurant.”
