Mercury-nominated London singer Katy B has been confirmed as the special guest for Dizzee Rascal’s Eden Session on Saturday June 21.

Also on the bill for the 2014 Eden Sessions with ASUS Transformer Book are Skrillex (June 25), Ellie Goulding (July 8 – sold out), Pixies (July 9) and Elbow (July 14 – sold out – and July 15). More acts will be announced soon.

Katy’s second studio album Little Red was released in February this year and peaked at number one in the UK charts and spawned the top five single Crying for No Reason.

Little Red followed up 2011’s On A Mission which hit number two in the UK album charts and included three top ten tracks, including Broken Record, which won in the Dancefloor Anthem category of 2012’s NME Awards. On a Mission was nominated for the 2011 Mercury Prize and for Best Album at the MOBO Awards the same year.

Katy B is one of the artists singing on the forthcoming official World Cup song for the England team. She features alongside a multitude of pop stars and former England players including Pixie Lott, former Spice Girls Emma Bunton and Melanie C, Geoff Hurst, Gary Lineker and Glenn Hoddle.

The Eden Sessions enter their thirteenth year in 2014 following an acclaimed series of gigs in 2013 headlined by Jessie J, Sigur Ros, The xx, Kaiser Chiefs and Eddie Izzard.
