Liam Payne is reportedly “really keen” to start dating again.
The 20-year-old One Direction star dated Middlesex University student Sophia Smith for eight months before they allegedly broke up a few weeks ago.
But it doesn’t appear like Liam is wallowing in heartbreak, as it is claimed he was flirting up a storm at David Beckham’s swimwear range launch party at Shoreditch House in London Wednesday night.
“Liam was chatting-up lots of girls at the party,” a source told British newspaper The Mirror.
“He’s making the most of being single, as of all the boys he is the one that has been in the longest relationships while being in the band. He was really keen to get back on the market.”
Apparently the singer fancied one lady in particular on the night.
It is rumoured he even asked her to attend an after party at Chiltern House with him.
“Liam caught the eye of a fashion student from California at the bash,” the insider detailed.
"He insisted the student, Shelby, and her friends join them after the party.”
During Liam’s flirtatious chat with the unnamed young woman, it’s claimed he discussed plans to relocate to her native land.
The star is supposedly hunting for houses in Malibu, a star-studded coastal town just minutes from Los Angeles.
"He made a beeline for her and told her that he is currently looking at buying a beachside place in Malibu and that he plans to move there next year,” the source said.
