LeAnn Rimes was coping with “legit” triple-digit temperatures on Thursday.

The country music singer lives in Southern California, where temperatures rose upwards of 100 degrees Fahrenheit this week, raising the risk of dangerous brush fires.

And it seems LeAnn was doing her best to keep it cool while driving around during the afternoon, despite sweltering temperatures.

“Legit hot,” the star tweeted with a picture of her car’s dashboard.

The image revealed LeAnn was driving through an area where heat had soared to 111 degrees.
Fans commiserated with the star.

“@leannrimes i've only been in LA for 4 days and i'm literally melting,” one follower wrote (sic).

LeAnn has been travelling the US as of late, promoting her new album, Spitfire.

The 31-year-old singer is scheduled to play in Washington, D.C. next Wednesday, followed by shows in Indiana, Florida, Louisiana, North Carolina, Virginia, Missouri and the Bahamas, where her tour will wrap on October 29.

She’s also getting ready for the launch of her reality show with husband Eddie Cibrian, LeAnn & Eddie.

Rumours of drama behind-the-scenes sparked reports earlier this year the series might not make the air, but LeAnn told fans in March to look forward to a summer premiere.

“Happy! We now have an exact date for the premier for ‘LeAnn & Eddie’ @vh1 July 17 is not far off. This year is flying by!!” she wrote.
