Miley Cyrus reportedly spat water into the crowd during her show in London last night.

The 21-year-old singer had to cancel several dates of her Bangerz world tour after she suffered a violent allergic reaction to some medication she was prescribed, resulting in her being hospitalised for days.

Last night she returned to the stage and didn't disappoint when it came to the outrageous behaviour she is renowned for.

"[She was] drinking water and spitting it on the crowd," an insider told MailOnline.

"She got loads of same sex people to snog in the audience and put them on camera on a giant screen and make a speech about how we should all just 'be ourselves'.

"She said she 'hopes we are all drunk and on loads of pills', and at one point her dressers had to come on stage as her corset was undone while humping midgets."

The star apparently also admitted spraining her ankle during a cleaning spree while she was recovering from her recent illness, blaming that on her OCD.

Miley wore a variety of raunchy outfits on stage, including a high-cut leotard which was emblazoned with marijuana leaves. She has never hidden her use of the drug and apparently chatted about it during a break between songs.

"Miley: "Weed has never killed anybody, you know that right?" Teenyboppers: "WOOOOOOO!!!" #mileyattheO2 (sic)," Twitter user @flendog_ wrote.

Not everyone was so impressed, with some users of the social networking site slamming the star for her raunchy dance moves and lewd behaviour.

Before taking to the stage, Miley conducted a press conference in which she discussed her recent hospital stint. She furiously shot down rumours she had suffered a drug overdose, insisting what she went through was terrifying and shouldn't be belittled.

"I did not have a drug overdose - I reacted to some sh*tty antibiotics that doctors gave me for a sinus infection," she said.

"But what makes it better is that people were saying I’d overdosed on drugs. Yeah, that makes you feel a lot better - feeling sh*t and then reading sh*tty comments about you makes you feel a lot sh*tter. It was the worst two weeks of my life."

She also claimed she is now the "poster child for good health" and is on a cocktail of vitamins, lavender and honey.
