Pete Wentz wants his new baby’s gender to be a surprise.

The 34-year-old Fall Out Boy musician and his model girlfriend Meagen Camper are expecting their first child together.
But Pete isn’t very interested in knowing whether they’ll be having a girl or a boy.

“Don’t know yet. We’re waiting. I think we’ll probably do a surprise on this one,” he told E! News.

Pete will become a father for the second time when Meagen gives birth, as he already shares five-year-old son Bronx with ex-wife Ashlee Simpson.

And he can’t wait to have another little tyke to chase after.

"What's more exciting than having the pitter-patter of another little gremlin running around?" Pete mused. "Now it will be two-on-two."

The rocker recently hinted at having a serious future with mother-to-be Meagan. Speaking on The Wendy Williams Show earlier this year, he said the couple talk about marriage “a lot”.

“I feel really lucky,” he gushed. “It’s really interesting when you’re in a relationship with somebody who’s truly my best friend. I talk to her about everything.

“She will tell me when I’m being not so insane, and sometimes she’s like, ‘You’re being a little bit insane.’ So, it’s very helpful.”

Pete also confessed most times he feels his better half is too good for him.

The rocker admitted seeing photos of the pair really hit the point home.

“I’m looking at this picture, and I’m like, ‘Wow, it’s insane that she hangs out with me. It’s like, ‘Hot girl pictured with homeless man!’” he laughed.
