Selena Gomez has reportedly cut out the Jenner sisters because they're "toxic".
The 21-year-old singer spent time with Kendall and Kylie at Coachella music festival this month but surprised fans when she unfollowed everyone on Instagram, including the famous duo and her on/off boyfriend Justin Bieber. Selena also deleted many of the pictures they took together.
According to TMZ, the star was keen to focus on her music and sees the siblings as "nothing but a toxic distraction". Her "epiphany" is thought to have occurred after Coachella, where she apparently spent the weekend surrounded by alcohol and drugs.
Selena reportedly wanted to cut all "sources of negativity", with 18-year-old Kendall and Kylie, 16, apparently included in this. The website writes that she's keen to stay "on the straight and narrow" and that she plans to attend church almost daily.
The Stars Dance singer has had a turbulent time lately and spent two weeks in rehab in January. It's not known what her treatment was for, but her rep confirmed it was not substance abuse.
Selena first started dating Justin in 2010, but their relationship has been on and off. Recently rumours surfaced that the 20-year-old heartthrob had gotten close to Kylie, which is thought to have incensed Selena.
“Selena is convinced something has gone on between Justin and Kylie,” an insider told British newspaper The Sun.
“At Coachella they looked to be back on track. Selena was hanging out with Kylie too and they were behaving like best friends.
“Then she heard stuff about Justin and Kylie and felt totally betrayed. She went berserk and called it all off again.”
