Gwen Stefani is reportedly joining The Voice US.

The No Doubt frontwoman will fill the void left by departing judge Christina Aguilera on season eight of the programme, according to TMZ.

Multiple sources close to the show reportedly tell the outlet producers began looking for a replacement in February after Christina announced plans to leave the show to focus on family, despite NBC executives reportedly wanting to keep her on board.

Taping is scheduled to begin in June.

Gwen’s deal is reportedly for one season, with Christina expected to return to the hit singing competition for season nine.

A NBC spokesperson declined to comment on the claims.

If Gwen joins the show, she would be the latest addition in a long line of A-listers.

Pharrell was confirmed to be joining season seven as a judge just last month.

Current judges Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, as well as host Carson Daly, all said at the time they were thrilled to have the Happy hitmaker as part of the team, with Adam gushing he “loves everything” about him.

Pharrell, who is taking Cee Lo Green’s place on the panel, has appeared on the show before. He was a guest mentor to Usher and his team during season four.

While the full cast of season eight remains unknown, Gwen will have a busy few months ahead.

The 44-year-old singer and her husband, Gavin Rossdale, welcomed their third child last month.

The couple already have children Kingston, seven, and Zuma, five, together.

In February, the pop star confirmed the family would be adding another boy to the household.

Sharing a photo of herself wearing a blue shirt and crown on Instagram, she wrote: “I was ready to hand over the crown. But I guess I am still queen of the house. #itsaboy #surroundedbyboys” (sic).
