Justin Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun has reportedly been ordered to testify in court.

Scooter apparently received a subpoena to give evidence in Justin’s ongoing case regarding a Miami Beach photographer who is suing him for assault.

He was served the legal papers on March 29 at 1:58 p.m. at the W South Beach Hotel in Miami, reports Radar Online.

Scooter’s video deposition has been scheduled for May 15 in Los Angeles.

Scooter is the one who first discovered Justin and has remained his manager throughout his career.

Lawyers are said to be planning to ask him about the incident where Justin and his bodyguard allegedly assaulted Jeffrey Binion in South Beach last year.

Justin’s on-again off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez has also reportedly been subpoenaed to testify in the case.

Although Justin’s antics have been widely criticised, not everyone thinks he is behaving that badly.

Rock legend Ozzy Osbourne says the young pop star isn’t anywhere near as wild as he was.

"I’ve got no recollection of snorting those ants, but it beats throwing eggs like Mr F**king Bieber," Ozzy told British Esquire magazine, referring to an incident that took place in 1984 while on tour with Motley Crue. "We wouldn’t have stopped at eggs in my day. I heard he p**sed in a bucket in some restaurant. So what? I p**sed on the Alamo, which is a national shrine. In a woman’s dress. At 7am, with a bottle of Courvoisier in one hand, and my dick in the other."
