Alana Haim documents everything so she doesn't forget her adventures.
The youngest sister of the family band has a terrible memory so has a number of ways of keeping track of their adventures. The 22-year-old writes everything down and takes pictures so she doesn't forget where she has been with her sisters Este and Danielle.
"I have the worst memory and I want to remember everything, the cities we're in, the people we meet. So I document everything," she told Q magazine.
"[I] keep a journal. I've bought a Polaroid camera. In this digital age sh*t is gonna get lost, I have never printed out a photo from my phone."
The If I Could Change Your Mind singers have met some amazing people since they first burst onto the scene in 2012. One of their earliest celebrity fans was One Direction star Harry Styles, who has followed the band since 2012 and attended their gigs.
"He came to our show at the Troubadour in LA in 2012, a 200-capacity venue. He hung out, he's the nicest dude ever," Alana recalled.
However, the singer was quick to shoot down any potential rumours of romance between the pair.
Alana admitted that while she and her siblings think the 20-year-old is "cute", their relationship is purely platonic.
"We're friends, the three of us think he's so funny and cute. But I'm sure he's not having trouble in that department," she said.
With so much touring, the sisters no doubt find it difficult to meet potential suitors. But as well as documenting everything they do, they always make time to learn something new every day.
"We spend whole days in venues and you need to get out of your little box and find out what's happening in the world," revealed Danielle, 25.
