Selena Gomez’s latest alleged trespasser is reportedly a repeat offender.

The 21-year-old pop star’s Los Angeles home was reportedly swarmed by police on Friday after a suspected intruder was seen on the property.

TMZ reports the man who was taken into custody on the property is the same man who was convicted for breaking into her guest house on March 30.

Transient Che Cruz was reportedly released from custody after serving only two days of a 45-day sentence in Los Angeles County Jail due to overcrowding.

Cruz pleaded no contest on Wednesday to one misdemeanour count of unauthorised entry of a dwelling house and had been ordered to stay away from Selena and her residence for three years, according to a statement from the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office obtained by Cover Media.

However, reports claim the man has already violated the order.

A source tells the website someone saw the man jumping the fence surrounding Selena’s home and called 911, leading to his second arrest in a week.

Authorities have yet to publicly comment on the reported arrest, or to confirm the alleged trespasser’s identity from Friday’s incident.

Deputy District Attorney Eduards Abele previously Cruz was sentenced to three years’ probation in addition to the jail time.

Commissioner Alvin Nierenberg of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Van Nuys Branch, also said the defendant would be prohibited from possessing any weapons.

It’s not the first time Selena has had to deal with a trespasser on her property.

E! News previously reported police arrested another man in January for allegedly trespassing at her home in Tarzana, California.

Selena had not commented on the latest alleged incident at press time.
