Having recently released her second critically acclaimed album Little Red, Katy B is one of the hottest acts on the festival circuit this summer. Typically accustomed to performing on dance stages or in smaller tent’s, Katy B’s latest LP sees her change her style, moving away from being a dance artist to one capable of performing good pop numbers too.
Katy’s success started with her first LP when her tracks ‘Katy on a Mission’ and her collaboration with Ms. Dynamite ‘Light’s On’ captured the imagination of the public and made her an instant star. Katy just completed the first leg of her Little Red tour and has been blasting out hits such as ‘5 AM’, ‘Tumbling Down’ and ‘Sapphire Blue’ which are sure to excite the crowd. Try and catch Katy in a more intimate setting where possible as her work flourishes away from the big stage.
Katy B is appearing at: Isle of Wight (13th June), Rock Werchter (4th July), T in the Park (12th July), Lovebox Festival (18th July), Benicassim (19th July), Tramlines 2014, Global Gathering, Leicester Music Festival (All 25th July, apparently.), V Festival (August 16th & 17th) and Sundown Festival (August 30th). All dates have been taken from Katy B’s official tour dates.
