L'Wren Scott's funeral will reportedly be "very small and private".
The fashion designer committed suicide in her Manhattan, New York City, apartment last Monday, while her long-term partner Sir Mick Jagger was in Australia with his band The Rolling Stones.
He jetted back to the US and is now with some of his children in Los Angeles, which is where L'Wren will be laid to rest.
"It is likely to be a very small and private service," an insider told British newspaper The Sun.
"Mick is being supported by his family and working with L'Wren's brother Randall."
On Sunday, a coffin containing the designer's body was seen being taken out of the Frank E. Campbell Funeral Chapel in Manhattan. It was moved to Hollywood Forever Funeral Home and Cemetery, which is where stars such as Jayne Mansfield are buried.
Mick has been spending time with his kids, with his eldest daughter Karis seen looking around cemeteries for him at the end of last week. His other daughters Jade and Georgia May are also thought to be supporting him as he grieves.
It's thought the funeral will take place on Friday, although at the moment no firm details are known.
Plans for the service have been marred by supposed arguments between L'Wren's family, with her sister Jan claiming she has been "frozen out" of funeral plans.
L'Wren did not leave a suicide note when she died and soon after the news was made public it was claimed her fashion business had been experiencing intense financial difficulties. Her team released a statement at the end of last week in which it refuted much of the speculation.
"We have lost a great friend and an inspiring leader," the statement read. "We are grieving privately and whilst we appreciate the incredible tributes that have been paid in the media by those who knew L'Wren, we strongly object to some of the media's intrusion into issues that are not only untrue and misleading, but also distract from remembering and celebrating her life - the life of a successful, talented, kind, generous and extraordinary woman. We ask that our privacy and that of L'Wren's family and close friends be respected at this difficult time."
