Gruff Rhys has announced a series of intimate solo concerts to celebrate the release of 'American Interior' - his fourth solo album.
Gruff will play London shows every night during the week of release (5th March) and a hometown show in Cardiff in the days preceding it. At each gig, songs from 'American Interior' (along with other choice Gruff cuts) will ring out for the first time in the hearts of Wales and England and in the ears of audience members. Every night Gruff will present a Powerpoint Presentation on the life of the legendary Welsh explorer John Evans.

These are in addition to previously announced shows in Liverpool (May 1st) and Cardigan (May 3rd) and festival performances at Port Eliot, Cornwall (July 24th - 27th), Indietracks, Derbyshire (July 25th – 27th) and End of the Road, Dorset (August 29th – 31st).
'American Interior' is released on Turnstile on May 5th. It is currently available to pre-order now digitally (via iTunes) and physically from gruffrhys.sandbaghq.com (formats include a super-deluxe box set version that features heavyweight vinyl LP, CD, three exclusive EPs, art prints and a t-shirt).
