Adele is due to be paid “huge figures” for a new publishing deal.

The 25-year-old Rolling in the Deep singer has sold tens of millions of records around the world and she is the recipient of ten Grammy Awards.

Apparently Adele’s licencing contract has expired and she is currently in negotiations to sign a new agreement with payouts of at least £10 million.

“The figures being mentioned are huge,” a source told British newspaper The Sun.

“Publishing firms know anything Adele does will sell millions of copies and that the songwriting royalties will be huge.”

It is claimed she may not even need to have an album complete before publishers give her millions in advance.

Adele will also likely receive funds from songwriting royalties.

“She’s certain to get a big sum up front and more as she releases new material,” the insider detailed.

“Her next album should be out before the end of the year, the cash will start flowing in.”

Adele has largely been under the radar since welcoming her 17-month-old son Angelo with partner Simon Konecki in October 2012.

But even while she is on hiatus, it is estimated she is earning up to £32,000 per day from her music royalties.

Adele reportedly began working on her third studio album last April. According to The Sun, both Phil Collins and producer James Ford are on board.

Speculation is rife Prince may be making an appearance on the LP as well.
