A Great Big World have joked they're working out following tips from Christina Aguilera.
The band recorded hit Say Something with the internationally acclaimed popstar.
In the '90s Christina was known for her raunchy dance routines and sexy lyrics and when asked if they could get tips from her on spicing up their image, Ian Axel and Chad Vaccarino responded with humour.
"Haha, we're working out," Chad laughed to British magazine Star.
"The shirts come off soon!"
Say Something hit number one in Canada and Australia and they performed the track with Christina at the 2013 American Music Awards.
The band still can't believe how the collaboration with such a huge star came about.
"She emailed us," Ian revealed. "I was afraid of what was going to happen to the song, knowing her usual style, but she just wanted to add texture and be super respectful. It was amazing."
Since rising to fame with the single, Chad and Ian have had to come to terms with being recognised by fans and hanging out with A-listers.
It's still all new for them and sometimes the duo can't help getting star struck.
"All the time," Ian admitted.
"We were at a party with Akon, Miley Cyrus, Robin Thicke and Jennifer Hudson. They took a picture and it looks like we're Photoshooped in!"
Their debut album Is There Anybody Out There? was released in January and went to number three in the US Billboard 200.
