Jess Glynne: the lead vocalist on two of the biggest hits of 2014 so far - Clean Bandit's current number one track 'Rather Be' and Route 94's 'My Love'.

The mystique and enigma behind the 'girl on vocals' has everyone waiting to hear what Jess does next. With a taster for 'Home' floating over our eardrums, she now releases the full song and video, giving fans a glimpse of what to expect from her this year and beyond.

Citing acts such as Lauryn Hill, Etta James and Anthony Hamilton as some of her influences, the 24-year-old was first blown away by Amy Winehouse when she heard her parents playing the singer's debut album 'Frank' in their house.

The experience inspired Jess, who says 'I'd always loved the big pop vocals of Mariah, Beyoncé and Whitney, but hearing a woman's voice that was basically a jazz vocal, so full of individuality. Then realising she was British and still a teenager! That was the moment I knew I wanted to be as singer too."

Soulful and infectious, 'Home' was cooked up by one of grime's renowned producers Bless Beats. Jess loved that the track "fits in with the dance sensibility that's so popular right now, but Bless production takes it in such a different direction".

From start to finish, bursting with live instrumentation, strong vocals and a fitting message for the people. Subtle
but strong, Jess Glynne makes an effortless introduction with 'Home'.
