Burt Bacharach needs little introduction. In a landmark 50+ year run on the charts, Bacharach’s music continues to set industry records and creative standards.
Following Bacharach’s sensational return to British shores last year, The Daily Telegraph declared they were in the “presence of genius” with The Independent saying the show was “a brilliant lesson in the logistics of modern concert performance”.
Now Bacharach announces six dates for 2014, starting with two shows at London’s Royal Festival Hall on July 23rd/26th, with the tour then moving to the Birmingham Symphony Hall on July 28th, Edinburgh Playhouse on July 30th, Manchester Bridgewater Hall on August 1st ending with a final show at the Liverpool Empire on August 3rd.
Performing with an orchestra at the London and Edinburgh dates alongside his band and singers, Bacharach will bring his most loved songs and more to the stage.
Tickets go on sale 14th February, making them the perfect valentines gift.
