East London superstar Dizzee Rascal has been confirmed as a headliner at this summer’s Eden Sessions. He will play at the home of the famous Biomes on Saturday June 21.
Dizzee, also known as Dylan Mills, released his fifth studio album The Fifth in September last year and it became his fourth consecutive record to peak in the top ten in the UK. The Fifth spawned the top ten singles Goin’ Crazy, featuring Robbie Williams, and Something Really Bad, featuring will.i.am.
Dizzee joins Ellie Goulding on the 2014 Eden Sessions bill with more headliners to be announced soon. Ellie will headline a show on Tuesday July 8, tickets for which go on general sale at 4pm on Tuesday February 4.
The Eden Sessions enter their thirteenth year in 2014 following an acclaimed series of gigs in 2013 headlined by Jessie J, Sigur Ros, The xx, Kaiser Chiefs and Eddie Izzard.
The Eden Sessions Inside Track club returns for the 2014 season with members getting a guaranteed pair of tickets to each forthcoming show in the week before they go on general sale. Inside Track memberships are available now and cost £15.
Tickets to the Dizzee Rascal Eden Session cost £35 plus £5 booking fee and go on sale to Inside Track members today (Tuesday February 4), and on general sale at 6pm on Tuesday February 11.
