The Barbadian beauty and the Colombian stunner teamed up on single Can’t Remember to Forget You, which features on Shakira’s self-titled tenth studio album.
And on Thursday the gorgeous pair released a sexy promo which sees them getting extraordinarily comfortable with each other in what appears to be a tropical resort.
The singers both hail from the Caribbean and the visuals seem to pay homage to the extraordinary culture of their home countries.
Cigars are smoked in a cabana in between shots of them dancing on walls and cuddling very close with one another.
Shakira has recently spoken about what it was like creating sexy music with Rihanna.
“Working with her was utopia,” she revealed during an interview in Glamour magazine’s February issue. “She’s the sexiest woman on the planet. And at the end of the day, we’re both just basically Caribbean girls. The chemistry was so good and so real. She taught me dance moves. She was a sweet teacher.”
Shakira celebrated her son Milan’s first birthday on February 22.
And the star claims motherhood has completely transformed her creative approach.
"Luckily, since my last album [Sale el Sol] I've entered one of the happiest phases of my life. It was definitely a time of change, of rebirth, of self-discovery ... and of course, becoming a mother, which turned my world on its head in the best of ways," she told People magazine.
"I'm always looking for that song I still haven't written, new sounds ... music has infinite possibilities, more than I can explore in a lifetime. I'm grateful to still be as passionate about doing what I do."
