Justin Bieber apparently wants to move somewhere without neighbours.

Recently it was reported the 19-year-old singer is selling his mansion in Calabasas, California, following several incidents with those living near him.

The star has been accused of verbally assaulting and spitting at one neighbour, while another claims he egged their house causing $20,000 of damage.

It's also been claimed that Justin has previously sped around the estate at a high pace in his Ferrari.

Now TMZ claims the teen heartthrob has "had it" with living in the suburbs and is apparently on the hunt for a "sprawling estate", with no one else situated anywhere close to him.

His California home was raided following the alleged egging incident and the move by police is said to have affirmed Justin's need to get away.

"Sources familiar with the impending move tell us... Justin is on the hunt for a home sitting on a massive piece of land. He says he wants to build a skate park and have enough room to have ATVs," the website writes.

Apparently Justin would like to stay in Los Angeles but is open to moving further afield, such as Santa Barbara, where there are many larger estates.

It's understandable that Justin may feel the need to get away.

He's currently holidaying in Panama with friends after he was arrested last week on charges of DUI, resisting arrest without violence and driving on an expired license in Miami.

Yesterday it was reported his arraignment has been set for February 14, Valentine's Day.
