Kanye West has reportedly agreed to assault settlement terms.

The 36-year-old rapper was accused of punching a man in Beverly Hills after the civilian allegedly hurled racial epithets at his fiancée Kim Kardashian.

According to TMZ, Kanye will pay the 18-year-old man $250,000 out of court to avoid criminal prosecution on the matter.

Apparently the unidentified teenager asked for much more money during the negotiation process, but the final settlement amount has convinced him not to pursue the issue any further.

However, Kanye may not be off the hook entirely, as the District Attorney’s office might decide to charge him with formal criminal offences. But this course of action is unlikely to take place, as it is reasonable to assume the victim will be “uncooperative” with the courts following his and the musician’s agreement.

Kanye’s lawyer Shawn Holley has not yet commented on reports he has reached a settlement.

The unidentified man associated with this incident allegedly called Kim a “n***er lover” outside of a medical building earlier this month. Kanye arrived at the scene subsequent to this heated exchange, and apparently he traced the man’s steps, located him in a nearby chiropractor’s office and punched him in the face.

It was previously reported that Kanye and Kim are looking for their own justice. Apparently the Hollywood couple are also seeking legal retribution against the foul-mouthed teen.

“He did a number on Kim, and Kanye is thinking about how he can sue him for Kim’s emotional abuse,” a source told HollywoodLife.com recently.
