Ellie Goulding is partnering with the Tribeca Film Festival for a new music video challenge.

Songs by the English singer-songwriter, singer-rapper Aloe Blacc and English record producer Damon Albarn will be part of a contest in which participants can create interactive clips for a track.

The winners will screen at the festival in New York in April, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Hopefuls can begin by visiting genero.tv/Tribeca, where they can choose to make a clip for Ellie's Dead in the Water, Aloe Blacc's Ticking Bomb or Damon's Heavy Seas of Love.

Submissions entered by March 27 will be judged by a jury - including the music artists themselves - and a finalist will be selected for each song.

In addition to the screening, the winners will receive $10,000 each and a trip to the festival.

Tribeca Film Festival co-founder Jane Rosenthal told THR in a statement executives were looking forward to using Genero's interface, which connects music artists with video directors.

"New technologies are unlocking a world of storytelling opportunities for filmmakers to captivate, engage, and entertain audiences," she said. "We are always looking for ways to introduce new technology to the filmmaking community at the Festival."

The 2014 Tribeca Film Festival is scheduled to run April 16-27.
