Justin Bieber's arraignment date has apparently been set for Valentine's Day.
The 19-year-old singer was arrested last week after driving under the influence, resisting arrest without violence and driving on an expired licence in Miami.
He was released on $2,500 bail and subsequently jetted off to Panama to spend time with friends.
Now Associated Press reports that Justin will be spending romantic date February 14 with a South Florida judge.
At the arraignment formal charges will be filed by prosecutors and a plea will be entered, although this can be done in writing by the defendant's lawyer.
This means that Justin himself will not necessarily need to attend.
According to police, Justin is said to have admitted to smoking marijuana, drinking and taking prescription drugs on the day of his arrest.
Justin was with his rapper friend Khalil when he was arrested and the musician was also booked for driving under the influence, as well as drag racing.
However, TMZ now claims a breathalyser showed Khalil's blood alcohol level was at zero, while Justin's also stood at a minute .014.
It is claimed they failed sobriety tests, which could indicate the stars were under the influence of something other than booze.
It's been a tough time for Justin, who was recently also investigated after a neighbour claimed he had egged their house, causing $20,000 of damage.
His Calabasas, California, mansion was raided on the hunt for evidence, but TMZ claim so far nothing linking him to the egging has been discovered.
It could be that Justin is hoping to spend Valentine's Day with model Chantel Jeffries, who he is currently in Panama with and has been romantically linked to.
