It was recently announced that both Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr would be appearing on Sunday's Grammy show and it was assumed they would be playing together. Now it has been confirmed that the two surviving members of the Beatles will also perform together at the Grammy salute to the Fab Four.

Ringo told Access Hollywood that the pair would play together at The Night That Changed America: A Grammy Salute to the Beatles which is being held on Monday night and will air on February 9, fifty years to the day after the group's first appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show.

Ringo told the program "To celebrate the 50 years since we landed in New York in February [1964], they are putting on a big show on Monday and we will be doing it there."

There has been no confirmation on the previously rumored reunion of the pair on David Letterman which is shot in the original Ed Sullivan Theater.
