Kylie Minogue admits she still loves her ex-boyfriend.
The Australian singer split from Spanish model Andrés Velencoso in October after five years together.
But Kylie, 45, confessed on Australian radio she still thinks about him, UK newspaper The Sun reports.
"It was an amicable separation, I still love Andrés, he's the nicest guy, he's the coolest guy," she said, adding that Andres was even partly responsible for her tackling a role on reality TV.
"He was one of the people saying you have to do The Voice. I feel like he's with me a little bit," she said.
Kylie admitted, however, that getting over the Spaniard has been tough. She's relied on work to keep her mind on other things.
"I was very sad," she said of after the break-up. "You come out the other side of that, being super busy and on the cusp of so many new things helps to move on."
Andrés is meanwhile said to be dating 24-year-old actress Ursula Corbero. The pair were first linked only a month after his split from Kylie. Earlier reports suggested the pop star was devastated.
"She's totally stunned. She thought she might win him back in a few weeks or months," a source told British magazine Closer last year.
"She can't help but feel betrayed - she wonders if he started seeing the new girl behind her back."
