Madonna is allegedly dating her new toy boy to get back at ex-husband Sean Penn.
The Like a Virgin singer was seen getting close to Sean when the pair were both in Haiti on a charity mission last year.
Madonna and Sean were married between 1985 and 1989, have often seen each other at Hollywood events and share the same dedication to charity work.
It's claimed that Madonna thought they might make a second go of things, but Sean was then spotted out with rumoured girlfriend Charlize Theron.
"The pair reconnected on a spiritual level and it was no secret they'd been hooking up. They'd arranged to meet in the New Year," a source divulged to Britain's Grazia magazine.
"Sean really cares for Madonna, but it seems it didn't work out. Seeing Sean with Charlize was like a dagger in the heart to her. She must have been spitting mad. So she did what only Madonna could do: found a new toy boy!"
Over Christmas 55-year-old Madonna took her children on a skiing holiday to Switzerland, where she was joined by Timor Steffens.
Dutch born Timor, 26, is a dancer who knows Madonna's ex-boyfriend Brahim Zaibat.
"Madonna actually knows Timor through Brahim, but he was more than happy to join her on the trip. Who wouldn't be? You don't say no to Madonna! The timing is hilarious though. Who knows what will come of this, but it's clearly a message to Sean," the source added.
While Madonna enjoys Timor's company, Sean and Charlize appear to be growing ever closer.
Party goers commented on how close the couple seemed at a recent Help Haiti Home gala held in Los Angeles.
