Selena Gomez is supposedly “trying to be supportive” of Justin Bieber.
The 21-year-old songstress is believed to have rekindled her relationship with former flame Justin shortly before cops raided his home this week.
It was recently reported she has demanded Justin visit anger management, but apparently there is no merit to this hearsay.
“Selena is not giving Justin any ultimatums,” a source told Hollywood Life.
“She’s upset but she’s just trying to be supportive of him. So many people are getting on Justin’s case and the last thing she wants to do is come down on him. She’s very, very much on his side.
“As far as her telling him to go to anger management, that’s not happening.”
It was rumoured Selena cancelled dates on her Star Dance Tour because she was recently diagnosed with autoimmune disease lupus.
Now that 19-year-old Justin could potentially be in trouble with the law, it appears that many of Selena’s loved ones are worried about her.
“Selena has been told repeatedly to avoid stress at all costs when it comes to her overall health,” another insider told the website.
“Lupus is triggered by stress and anxiety, and right now Selena is completely stressed about Justin and this whole egging nightmare. She’s worried sick about him, but at the same time won’t leave him. She’s basically picking Justin over her own well-being.”
Justin was accused of throwing over 20 eggs at a neighbour’s house, and police subsequently raided his Calabasas, California property on Tuesday to investigate.
According to E!, surveillance footage was taken from his home in order to see if the singer was involved in the egg-throwing incident. If it is proven he was indeed guilty of vandalising his neighbour’s property, the teenager could be charged with a felony.
