David Cassidy has once again been arrested for drunk driving.

The former Partridge Family singer was pinched back on August 21 just outside of Albany, NY when he was pulled over at a sobriety checkpoint.

In the latest incident, which occurred Friday night in Los Angeles after he was pulled over for making an illegal turn. The arresting officer said that "the odor of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from the vehicle" and, when given a test, Cassidy registered at .19%, more than twice the legal limit.

Cassidy was charged with DUI early Saturday and released on $15,000 bond. He is scheduled to return to court on February 5.

Overall, this is the singer's third arrest for driving while drunk this decade with the earliest being a 2010 arrest in Florida.
