Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were “really down to earth” on their camping getaway.
The pop stars seem to have recently rekindled their on/off relationship, with Selena being spotted riding a Segway with Justin in his neighbourhood last week.
And it looks like the pair took things a step further by taking a trip to the KOA Kampground with some of Justin’s family for some quality time.
“Justin and his family and some friends camped here at KOA Kampground,” a source told Hollywood Life. “They were all really down to earth and just stayed one night on [January 4] in an RV. Some of them stayed in tents. This is a really family friendly place and super low key.”
Justin reportedly brought his Segway with him for fun, and rode it around the camp.
Witnesses at the California site said the 19-year-old looked as if he was having the time of his life.
“We were so very excited. He came Saturday night and left Sunday afternoon,” staff member Michelle Roaring told local news site KSBW. “He and his friend [were] riding his Segway through the campground and toward Manresa [State] Beach. It was the best thing ever.”
Justin has reportedly been trying to convince Selena to give him another chance for months now and is supporting her while she allegedly battles lupus. The singer is apparently reaching out to her on a daily basis to comfort and reassure her.
“They’ve been talking every day, he really understands what she’s going through with her lupus. He’s been so supportive because he knew how much she wanted to keep that private,” a source told Hollywood Life previously.
