Karrueche Tran apparently wants Chris Brown to commit to her.
The pair have been dating on and off since 2011 but currently seem to be going strong.
For the New Year it's being claimed the model wants to make Chris realise how much he means to her.
"She was going to be upfront and tell him how she can't live without him. She was going to tell him that he's the only one she wants and that she will do whatever it is he needs to make a relationship work," a source divulged to Hollywoodlife.com.
Chris, 24, received a great deal of media attention while dating fellow superstar Rihanna.
The pair split in 2009 when he assaulted the 25-year-old but dated sporadically afterwards, before calling things quits in May 2013.
His past is said to play on Karrueche's mind, but she's still keen for him to commit to her fully.
"[She] knows he has commitment issues and is possibly afraid that he'll hurt her [but she] wants him to know that she loves him unconditionally no matter the mistakes [he's made]," the insider continued.
Chris' temper has gotten the better of him on a number of occasions and the singer was involved in a fight with rapper Drake in June 2012.
In January 2013 Chris allegedly punched Frank Ocean during an argument over a parking space.
Following a brawl in Washington in October last year, the star was sentenced to 90 days of anger management in rehab after being found guilty of violating probation for his assault on Rihanna.
