Niall Horan has begged girls to stop calling his hotel room.

The sleep deprived One Direction singer took to Twitter to ask his female fans to give him some peace.

The band is currently in the US and will make their Good Morning America debut later today, where they'll perform a free concert to 5,000 fans at Central Park's Rumsey Playfield.

"Please girls , I gotta be up in literally a few hours for GMA. Please stop calling my room! (sic)" Niall tweeted to his 15.8million fans.

He'd already told his admirers how tired he was, and how much he was looking forward to hitting the sack.

Niall, 20, and the rest of One Direction are busy promoting their new album Midnight Memories, and have just announced their first stadium tour of North America taking place next year.

Louis Tomlinson, 21, tweeted his thanks to fans after the overwhelming response to boys' new music.

"Wow the reaction to the album has been incredible . So proud ! Thank you . X.

"I really am so overwhelmed , thank you so much again ! We f**king love you guys ! So excited to do these songs live !! (sic)," he shared with his followers.

Midnight Memories, the band's third studio album, was hit with scandal when all the tracks were leaked online a week before release.

Fans posted instant rave reviews on Twitter, but One Direction were worried how it would affect their chart position, which will be determined later this week.
