Kanye West proposed to the sound of a 50-piece orchestra.
The rapper asked for Kim Kardashian's hand in marriage yesterday, the same day she turned 33.
In his usual flamboyant style, the star made sure it would be a proposal to remember, getting a huge band involved at San Francisco's AT&T Park.
Kanye rented the venue for the occasion, using the field's jumbo screen to project "PLEEEASE MARRY MEEE!!!" to his future wife.
A 50-piece orchestra then kicked in with Lana Del Rey's Young and Beautiful according to E! Online, followed by Kanye's Knock You Down, which also features Ne-Yo and Keri Hilson.
Keeping it traditional, Kanye got down on one knee and presented Kim with an impressive 15-carat diamond ring by Lorraine Schwartz.
Fireworks and Roman candles then lit up the night sky to celebrate their impending union.
The empty stadium was soon filled by Kim's family and friends, who came out of the dugouts to offer congratulations after she said yes.
Kim's stylist Clyde Haygood shared a picture of the happy couple on Instagram, in which the star flashes her sparkly new ring.
"Guess what just happened!!!! #kimye (sic)," he captioned the snap.
Her sister Khloé also seemed overwhelmed by the news.
"Wow!!!!! Am I dreaming??!?!!" she tweeted. "Tears of JOY!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!! (sic)"
While the couple should be experiencing pre-wedded bliss, sources say there is already drama brewing about who will walk Kim down the aisle.
Her father Robert passed away in 2003 and her mother Kris Jenner recently announced her separation from husband Bruce.
Apparently her mom would like Kim's brother, Robert, 26, to do the honours.
"Kris thinks it should be Rob now [she and Bruce] are separated and thinks it might be bad form to ask Bruce after the Kris Humphries wedding, but Kim and the girls are backing Bruce, they still see him as their father," a source told MailOnline.
Kim was previously married to basketball player Kris, but their union lasted just 72 days and the divorce was finalised in June this year.
She was also married to Damon Thomas for four years.
It's Kanye's first marriage.
