The Wanted’s travel plans are reportedly costing them lots of money.

The band, which consists of Max George, Jay McGuiness, Siva Kaneswaran, Tom Parker and Nathan Sykes, are currently promoting their new music.

However jet-setting on a private plane will allegedly set them back £250,000 ($403,659).

The group are due to perform in the United Kingdom on The X Factor’s results show Sunday.

They’ve chartered the air vehicle from New York and will stay in England for only four hours before flying to Mexico as part of their promotional tour.

All the effort is in order to ensure they shift copies of their music and keep up with the likes of rivals One Direction.

“Performing on The X Factor has a huge effect on record sales,” a source told British newspaper The Sun.
“It’s not the best timing but they’re making it work. They don’t want to miss out.”

The Wanted will perform Show Me Love (America), which is out from October 27, on the show which features Nicole Scherzinger, Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh and Gary Barlow as judges.

The band’s Nathan had better get used to regularly flying across the globe as he has recently begun dating American singer Ariana Grande.

She was forced to deny cheating on former flame Jai Brooks with him after reading his lengthy Twitter post suggesting so.

He accused Nathan of "interfering" before they broke up in February so Ariana took to her own profile to voice her outrage at her ex-boyfriends comments.

"Woke up this morning in complete and utter shock... I guess I shouldn't be so surprised," she told her followers. "You said to me if I didn't come back to you, you'd make me look bad to the entire world... I'm no longer afraid of you or your lies anymore."
