Jenny McCarthy finally has the great guy she deserves.
The 40-year-old TV host is currently dating Donny Wahlberg from 90s boyband New Kids on the Block.
Her 44-year-old beau is like a breath of fresh air after a long road to finding the right mate.
"If every relationship leads you to the next person and it leads you to what you want and what you don't want, I feel like I deserve great and he's great," she told People magazine.
The duo got together in July and are besotted with each other.
Jenny was on a break from romantic relationships but knew she should give Donny a chance.
"It's new," she said. "I took a year off [from dating] but I said if I meet someone who makes me stop that year off, it's someone who I need to pay attention to."
The pair enjoyed the Boyz II Men concert at Mirage in Las Vegas and dinner at Stack, before attending 1 Oak nightclub with friends.
The website reports they danced together, “appeared blissfully happy, and seemed unaware of anyone else in the 16,000 square foot space”.
Jenny is said to have stuck close by her partner throughout the night as well as her sister.
She previously told the magazine Donny helps "bring out the best" in her.
Jenny is co-hosting US talk show The View, a new job for her and enlisted Donnie to be her guest, explaining his presence helped take the edge off her nerves.
"He was booked to come on the show later to promote [TV show] Blue Bloods, and I said, 'Can you just switch the date to be my first guest?'" she explained. "He makes me feel really comfortable and puts me at ease and he brings out the best in me."
