Kanye West has reportedly been instructed to avoid paparazzi at LAX.

The American rapper is due in court next month after being charged with attacking photographer Daniel Ramos at the airport in July. Daniel claims Kanye "punched him and threw his camera to the ground".

TMZ reports the musician has been given strict orders to stay clear of any paparazzi at the building and has even been advised to temporarily leave Los Angeles as to not cause any more trouble.

Kanye and his girlfriend Kim Kardashian, who have daughter North together, are scheduled to fly to Paris later this week for Fashion Week. The gossip site claims the couple will instead travel from another airport via private jet to the French capital.

The first leg of the flight is thought to cost the rapper $5,000 alone.

Kanye recently addressed his opinion on paparazzi during an interview on BBC Radio 1 and revealed he thinks they should pay him to take his picture.

While he understands they are a part of the showbiz lifestyle he believes celebrities should make money from their photos as he wants to save up for his daughter's future.

"Paparazzi is necessary, not even a necessary evil, it just needs to be legalised, meaning at a certain point there's cut-off switches... They're selling our image and they're selling it in a bad way," he complained. "I'm changing things for my daughter and I'm going to tell my daughter by the time she understands what it was, 'Me and your mother were in a completely different situation than you're in. You see all this cheques you're getting age six because people are taking your picture, you don't have to worry about a thing ever again just because people want to take your picture, and I made that happen.'"
