Liam Gallagher re-ignited his feelings towards old friend Robbie Williams when talking to national radio in the UK.

Gallagher, on tour with Beady Eye, was speaking to Radio 5 Live. With his group performing at the Ritz in Manchester and Williams playing at Gallagher’s beloved Manchester City’s ground – Etihad, it didn’t take long before he turned on the former Take That member.

“We should be playing the Etihad three nights, not some f****** fat f****** idiot. It could be any f****** clown, “ he said.” I think it's a shame that he's doing three nights and a band like us are doing one night in the Ritz. Poor, mate. It's not about him, it's people in general. But it's about fucking him, just in case you think I'm scared or something."

Beady Eye, who have just released their 2nd album – BE – at playing at smaller venues in Manchester, London and Glasgow. Gallagher says his band will not be playing the bigger arena’s that Robbie Williams or his old band – Oasis – play until people start buying his record.

"Everyone thinks we're going to announce big f****** stadiums. [The Ritz] is the level we're at and we'll stay at that until you pull your fucking finger out and buy the f****** records."
