Selena Gomez has reportedly vowed never to reunite with Justin Bieber.
The 20-year-old star has enjoyed an on/off relationship with the Canadian star since they split at the end of last year. There have been hints the couple have reunited, such as an image of them cuddling posted on Twitter. However, Selena is now said to be ready to move on.
"Selena’s no angel herself, but Justin is certainly not the type of boy she needs," an insider told RadarOnline, adding Selena's friends have been urging her to end the romance for good.
"She’s finally taken some of their advice to heart and swears it’s finally over with him, for good. She doesn’t see herself getting back together with him and just needs to move on."
Justin has hit the headlines for a variety of reasons this year. He has shown up late to concerts, had his pet monkey impounded after attempting to take it abroad and had arguments with his neighbours.
The 19-year-old star has also been accused of dangerous driving after tearing around his gated community in Los Angeles in his Ferrari - although he claims a friend was at the wheel.
All of this is said to have become too much for Selena, who wants a less stressful life.
"Selena’s mom is pregnant and her music career is booming," another insider explained. "Meanwhile, Justin is on a downward spiral and Selena wants nothing to do with it. For a minute she thought she could ‘save him’ which is why they got back together the last time. But she’s over him and his childish behaviour."
