Justin Bieber is accused of instigating a third altercation with a paparazzo this week.

The 19-year-old singer is in Miami, Florida recording music and has been trailed by photographers since he landed.

According to TMZ, Justin had enough on Wednesday when he was papped outside The Hit Factory recording studio at approximately 4 a.m.

Audio recordings of the incident obtained by the website reveal Justin ordered at least one member of his entourage to have the camera removed.

"Get that f**king camera out of here!" a voice identified as Justin’s yells.

The photographer is then heard pleading for his camera back.

“Alright, alright. I'm gonna give you your camera back. I'm gonna take your SIM card though,” he says.

According to Gossip Extra, law enforcement is investigating a separate incident between a photographer and one of Justin’s bodyguards at the same recording studio later on Wednesday.

Miami-Dade Police Detective Roy Rutland told the website officers responded to the scene following a report of an assault.

Justin’s bodyguard is accused of chocking the photographer and removing the memory card from the man’s camera.

"The officer concluded that what occurred may have been a simple battery," the officer said. "Now, the photographer can pursue this with the state attorney’s office if he chooses."

The teenager was involved in a third incident with paparazzi in Miami on Monday.

According to TMZ, a photographer took a picture of Justin on his cell phone after he attended the Heat basketball game. The singer reportedly “flipped out”.

Justin’s spokesperson has yet to issue comment regarding the reported incidents.
