The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame will open their new exhibit Rolling Stones: 50 Years of Satisfaction on Friday, May 24, just in time for Memorial Day vacationers.

The exhibit is the hall's first major retrospective on the Stones and includes two-and-a-half floors of memorabilia, personal items and collections, most of which have never been seen before by the public.

In addition, a special multimedia display and website will include pictures of Stones memories sent in by fans around the world. If you have something of interest you would like to contribute to the project, upload it to Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #rockhallsatisfaction.

Among the items in the exhibit are Mick Jagger's Steel Wheels Tour green jacket, his grammar school class photo, Keith Richards' Rosewood Fender Telecaster, Charlie Watts' mariachi shirt from the mid-70's, Ronnie Wood's Zemaitis guitar and Brian Jones' custom Vox Teardrop guitar.

In the attached library and archives is an exhibit on the Rolling Stones' tours from 1975 to 1981 including set lists, photographs, set designs and fabric samples.

Throughout the time for the exhibition, there will be lectures, interviews, films and other special events.

The exhibit will run through March 2014.
