Miley Cyrus and her fiancé Liam Hemsworth are in no rush to walk down the aisle.

The 20-year-old American singer-and-actress and the 23-year-old Australian The Hunger Games actor became engaged last year.

Miley and Liam don’t feel pressured by time.

Apparently they want to ensure that marriage is the right choice for them both.

"They're still engaged and living together," the insider detailed to People magazine.

"They just realised that there is no rush with the wedding and that it's better that they wait a bit.”

Miley and Liam are rumoured to have been planning a summer wedding.

But a second source revealed the couple “were never in a rush to get married”.

A few months ago the lovebirds garnered headlines as they had apparently hit a rough patch in their relationship.

Although Miley and Liam are officially together, becoming man and wife does not seem to be a priority at this time.

"They want to figure out their life together before they get married," a source said.

Liam and Miley met in 2009 and announced their engagement in June 2012. This year the couple have been plagued by rumours suggesting Liam had kissed actress January Jones.
